How fresh is the coffee?

Our coffee is artisan roasted and shipped directly to you.

We work with quality-focused roasters who care deeply about sourcing and craft. Orders move quickly, and freshness will not disappoint.

Fresh matters. We treat it that way.


Why is your coffee more expensive than grocery store brands?

Because it’s not grocery store coffee.

Small-batch.
Quality sourcing.
Freshly roasted.
Shipped directly to you.

Most bags average about $1 per cup.

If you’re buying daily black-coffee out, that’s roughly $550 a year saved — and better quality in your mug.

We’re not trying to be the cheapest.
We’re trying to be worth it.


I didn’t love the flavor. Can I return it?

All coffee sales are final.

Taste is personal, and once coffee ships, it can’t be restocked or resold.

If you’re unsure:

  • Start with a smaller size.
  • Try one of our sampler packs.
  • Take the Coffee Quiz to find your lane.

How do I choose the right roast?

Take the Coffee Quiz.

It’s quick. It’s helpful. It points you toward what fits your taste.

You can also explore:

Trying something new is part of the adventure.


📦 Shipping & Orders

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days.

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days before shipment.

You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.


My tracking says delivered, but I don’t see my package.

First:

  • Check around your property.
  • Ask neighbors.
  • Contact the carrier directly.

If needed, we’ll help you file a claim. Replacement shipments are not guaranteed once marked delivered.


Do you ship internationally?

We may ship internationally.

Use the currency selector in the footer to view pricing in your local currency.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and any import fees imposed by their country.

If shipping is unavailable to your location, it will not appear as an option at checkout.


🔁 ROUTINE Subscriptions

How does the subscription work?

Choose your delivery frequency (every two weeks or monthly).

You’ll be automatically charged on that schedule until you cancel.


Can I skip a shipment?

Yes.

You can manage, pause, or skip through your account portal anytime before your next billing date.


Can I cancel anytime?

Yes.

Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.

Once an order processes, it cannot be refunded.

Simple.


📚 Digital Products (Ebooks & Guides)

How do I receive my ebook?

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase through Shopify.

You’ll receive access once checkout is complete.


Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

If you experience technical difficulty accessing your file, email us and we’ll help.


🧾 Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for taste preference, sizing, or change of mind.


What if you sent the wrong item?

If we messed up, that’s on us.

Email within three (3) calendar days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos.

If approved, we may send a replacement or issue store credit.


What if my item arrived damaged?

Same process.

Email within three days with photos of the item and packaging.

We review each claim individually.
