We roast, pack, and ship with care.

Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days from the time you place your order.

Here’s how it works:

  • Orders are processed in the order received.
  • Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping times vary by destination.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.


Delivered Packages

Once a carrier marks a package as “delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check around your property.
  • Ask neighbors.
  • Contact the carrier directly.

We are happy to assist in filing a claim, but replacement shipments are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.


International Orders

We may ship internationally.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Any additional fees imposed by the destination country

International delivery times may vary and may be subject to customs delays outside of our control.
