Subscription Terms (The ROUTINE)

When you subscribe toThe ROUTINE, you are enrolling in a recurring delivery program.

Here’s what that means:

  • You will be charged automatically based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout (e.g., every two weeks or monthly).
  • Your subscription will continue until you cancel.
  • You may skip a shipment at any time.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.

Charges occur automatically on your scheduled renewal date.

You will receive an order confirmation email after each successful charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel:

  • Through your customer account portal, or
  • By emailing connect@pyleofgoodness.com

Cancellation must occur before your next billing date to prevent the next shipment.

Once a subscription order has processed and shipped, it cannot be refunded.
