Refunds & Returns

We keep things simple around here.

Because we sell fresh coffee, tea, and made-to-order goods, all sales are final.

That means:

  • No returns
  • No exchanges
  • No refunds for taste, sizing, or “I changed my mind”

Ordering coffee online is a little leap of faith. We respect that.
But once it ships, it’s yours.

 

If We Messed Up

If you ordered Tanzania and got Colombia…
If you ordered a Pyle Family Reunion and received Smith’s Retirement…

That’s on us.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery at:

connect@pyleofgoodness.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of what you received
  • A photo of packaging if it arrived damaged

If approved, we may (at our discretion):

  • Send a replacement
  • Issue store credit
  • We don’t require returns. If it’s clothing, consider donating it.

Spread a little kindness.

Coffee & Tea

Coffee is food. Once it ships, it can’t be restocked or resold.

So:

  • All coffee and tea sales are final.
  • We can’t refund based on flavor preference.

Not every roast is for every person. That’s part of the adventure.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking says “delivered,” the carrier considers the job complete.

If your package is marked delivered but you don’t see it:

  • Check around your property.
  • Ask neighbors.
  • Contact the carrier.

We’re happy to help file a claim, but replacement shipments are not guaranteed.

Digital Downloads (Ebooks)

Digital products are delivered through Shopify after purchase.

Once access is provided, they’re non-refundable.

If you run into a technical issue accessing your file, reach out.
We’ll help you get what you purchased.

The ROUTINE = Subscriptions

If you subscribe:

  • You’ll be charged based on the schedule you selected.
  • It renews automatically until canceled.
  • You can skip shipments.
  • You can cancel anytime before your next billing date.

Once a subscription order processes, it cannot be refunded.

Simple.

We try to operate with clarity and kindness.

If something truly went wrong, talk to us.

If you just didn’t love the roast…
Well… now you know.
